Daniel K. Leininger
Practice Emphasis:
Mr. Leininger has been in the private practice of law for more than 35 years. Dan focuses his practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, asset protection, long term nursing home care planning, and veteran benefits. He has completed a rigorous estate planning course sponsored by the University of Denver Law School concentrating on the use of family limited partnerships, dynasty trusts, and other trust techniques aimed at passing wealth to future generations while minimizing death taxes. In addition, he devotes a substantial amount of his practice to helping families plan for the long term nursing home care of their loved ones while preserving family assets. It is Dan’s objective to be able to provide valuable planning services for any type of family or personal situation ranging from helping those with substantial estates wishing to minimize death taxes to helping those with modest estates who desire to protect their hard earned assets from the costs of long term care. Dan is an accredited attorney by the Veterans Affairs enabling him to counsel veterans and their families on compensation and pension benefits for qualifying wartime veterans.
