Practice Emphasis:
Joshua is a member of the firm’s Business Law and Business Litigation sections and regularly advises businesses on several areas of law, including formation, management, bankruptcy, creditor’s rights and litigation. He also practices in the specific areas of auction and appellate law, and co-authored the following publications: “Uniform Auction and Auctioneer Licensing Act,” 2006 and “Waiting for the Hammer to Fall: A Guide for Auctioneers,” 2008. In addition, Joshua has been able to build on his unique experience as a federal judicial law clerk (2001-2002). He clerked in the United States District Court, Southern District of Indiana, Indianapolis Division, with the Honorable John D. Tinder and the Honorable David F. Hamilton.
