Laura L. Maser, a Senior Associate in the Fort Wayne office of Beers Mallers Backs & Salin, LLP, is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law and Litigation sections. Ms. Maser’s practice is focused on representing businesses in matters involving employment discrimination, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, workers’ compensation, and wage and hour issues. Ms. Maser has appeared before local, state and federal administrative agencies such as the Fort Wayne MHRC, the ICRC, and the EEOC; state and federal courts; and has successfully represented clients before the Indiana and Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to serving clients before administrative agencies and courts, Ms. Maser counsels clients on compliance and preventive measures and has participated in and conducted seminars for HR specialists, business owners, and supervisors on a variety of employment-related issues. Ms. Maser also practices in the areas of commercial litigation, including construction law, municipal law and appellate practice.
