Marketing Coordinator
Leading Northeast Indiana law firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to implement the firm’s strategic marketing plan. The role will act as a liaison between the Firm’s contracted Marketing and Advertising Agency as well as several other third parties. Will require working with our Firm’s multiple offices whose geographic location will require tailored marketing. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills are necessary.

Key Responsibilities in Coordination with Agency and Senior Firm Management:
- Seminars and Service Fairs – Coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral. Set-up, tear-down, and post-event follow-up.
- Social Media Community Management – Writing new content, engaging users, and maintaining/enhancing the firm’s brand.
- Website Modification – Change the digital face of the Firm on a moment’s notice.
- Print Material – Maintain and enhance use of current marketing material used by Firms multiple locations.
- Email newsletters and eMarketing – Mining of the Firm database for additional services the Firm can offer existing clients.
- Manage Relationships with Vendors – Ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Client Interaction – Regularly connecting personally with client(s), primarily, but not limited to, senior-service-related organizations within the communities we service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree is preferred.
- Experience in a marketing role preferred.
- Proven experience in project management and coordination roles.
- Strength in organizing processes, handling multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
- An influencer, without being offensive. A humble influencer, if you will.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Elder Law Attorney
Beers Mallers seeks a dedicated full-time Estate Planning and Elder Law Attorney. Three years of experience is preferred but less experienced attorneys are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is looking to advance in the Estate Planning and Elder Law area with a recognized and established leader in the field. Candidates must have a desire to work in elder law, estate planning, probate, trust administration, Medicaid, and guardianships. Must be motivated and quick to learn our processes. A book of business is preferred, but not required. This is a unique opportunity for someone to grow their practice in the Estate Planning and Elder Law area.

- Familiarity with Wealth Counsel and Elder Council is preferred.
- Experience with drafting, reviewing, and editing estate planning documents.
- Licensed to practice law in Indiana.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Unique bonus structure for business originated and work performed.
