JAMES P. POSEY

Jim is a partner in the Fort Wayne office. He is a trial attorney and an advisor to business and governmental clients in labor and employment matters. Jim’s litigation practice areas include governmental and law enforcement liability, labor and employment litigation, commercial litigation and product liability. He has successfully represented clients in cases involving governmental and law enforcement liability, class action labor and employment issues, anti-trust, employment discrimination, commercial litigation, product liability, automobile negligence, defamation and estate litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Jim gained invaluable jury trial experience by serving as Chief Counsel for the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office where he tried felony cases, including death penalty cases. He also served as a Trial Deputy for the Monroe County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office where he tried felony cases.
