Danielle J. Swan focuses her practice on asset preservation planning, elder law, estate planning and administration, trust administration, guardianship, Medicaid planning, and special needs trusts. She is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate complex legal matters with confidence and clarity.
A graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a B.S. and the University of Dayton School of Law with a J.D., Danielle has a strong foundation in legal advocacy. During law school, she was recognized for her excellence in legal writing, earning the award for Best Brief in the 2022 National Energy & Sustainability Moot Court Competition.
As a member of both the Indiana State Bar Association and the Allen County Bar Association, Danielle remains actively engaged in the legal community.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her three children and their friends, caring for her family’s farm animals, and embracing the outdoors. A lifelong resident of rural Wabash County, she and her husband stay busy during baseball season—he as a coach and she as the “Dugout Mom.” She is also an avid Purdue Boilermakers fan.
