General Practice Attorney

Leading Northeast Indiana law firm is seeking to add a General Practice Attorney for our growing Fort Wayne office. Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Less experienced attorneys are still encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have experience with corporate finance, real estate, and general corporate representation of businesses and municipalities. Experience with structuring, negotiating, and drafting a wide range of transactional documents and contracts preferred. Current block of business is not required.

Associate Attorney

Beers Mallers, LLP is seeking to add an associate attorney in the area of estate planning, probate/trust administration, elder law, Medicaid, and guardianship for our growing Fort Wayne office. The candidate must have the ability and willingness to work as part of a collaborative team, have excellent interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Draft Wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related documents.
  • Support probate and trust administration, including filings and client communication.
  • Assist with asset protection strategies, Medicaid eligibility/compliance, and guardianship proceedings.
  • Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and financial professionals to address questions and resolve issues.
