Ben Bilimek is an attorney at Beers Mallers whose practice has spanned across multiple states, including Indiana and Ohio. Ben spent his first few years of practice in Van Wert, Ohio, focusing on civil litigation, criminal law, and real estate. Ben moved to Fort Wayne in 2023, where he continues to focus on commercial litigation, employment law and litigation, construction litigation, personal injury, and general municipal law. Ben maintains a unique and distinguished status of being licensed to practice law in three states: Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan.

In his free time, Ben enjoys reading, going to the movies, and traveling, particularly to different European countries as he holds a great appreciation for European history. Ben is also a fan of the NFL and enjoys watching games on Sunday. One of his and his wife’s favorite weekend activities is trying a different Fort Wayne restaurant.
